Thanks to this book and CD. I read and practice so many times to prepare for my US citizenship test. Yes I pass and I am US Citizen. I will 100% recommend this to anybody who are ready to become US Citizen. I study US history and many. I have high respect to those who sacrificed their lives and brought freedom to this amazing country!

The CD is good granted I had not much use for it if you get the book its pretty much the same thing, it depends what your style of learning is. Mine is reading and doing it.. So the CD was ok. Very informative though and thorough so I gave it a 5.
Content-wise, it is good - and that IS the most important thing - however, the format of the DVD is not very user friendly. In particular, the menus are not so good... my girlfriend is preparing for the citizenship test and is not all that familiar with the workings of DVD menus and their options. Here, after you select something (e.g., 'Play Movie' or "Questions 1-15"), you are then taken forward in the menu process and have to select the _exact_ same thing again. Also, the wording onscreen for the menu options is really, really small and could have been and should have been much larger. Additionally, the onscreen menu choices are in white lettering, which does not work well when the background image for the menu is the American Flag where the white letters for the menu options are very hard to make out when they overlay the white stripes in the flag... Finally, getting back to the start screen to begin the overall DVD play is more difficult than it should be too; again, you have to go through an extra 'move' just to start the thing over again. For the experienced DVD user, not a big deal, but at least in some cases, the folks using this tool will be from areas in which a firm knowledge of DVD menu operations is lacking, thus I would suggest that things be kept as simple overall in this regard. It's more like a 3.5 review in my mind, but this is not an option, thus the 4. Overall quality is okay otherwise, but the DVD menus in particular are not good.
